 The ONLY software package that handles DEPOSITS or PREPAYMENTS. Great for furniture stores, renovation contractors, landscapers, and any other business that requires a customer deposit (prepayment) for the goods or services.
Allows you to print and reprint invoices on demand. Keeps a history of Invoices, so they can be viewed at any time.
Customer, Supplier, Bank and Inventory records. The Inventory handles both Stockable Product and Services (no stock), and keeps an on line history of all the transactions for each item, with details of shipments, receipts, adjustments, etc.
The ONLY software package that allows you DUPLICATE Product codes. Great feature if you have the same chair in 50 different fabrics.
Sales orders, with backorders. Each line may have 2 taxes (GST/PST for Canada) or 1 tax (US). The extra long description, stored in the notes, can be automatically copied into the body of the Sales or Purchase Order.
Packing slips and invoices can be printed and re-printed AS YOU NEED THEM even after you printed an invoice, either to the screen, or to plain paper on laser printers, or to preprinted multicopy forms.
